History

Cooper Equipment Rentals was started in 1972 by Gordon Cooper. Gord has worked in the construction and rental industry for both large and small firms.

Gord saw an opportunity for a small flexible rental supply business.

From a humble garage with a table, chair and a pickup truck Gord started his company.

Cooper Equipment grew over the next 30 years developing a reputation for exceptional service.

Today

Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited is a full service equipment rental operation. We offer a line of light to medium duty construction/industrial equipment. We serve primarily the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) from two branches strategically located in the east and west ends of the GTA.

Cooper Equipment has developed a reputation in the industry as being
"large enough to handle all jobs but small enough to care".

Cooper Equipment is the right size to react quickly to todays ever changing market.

We are flexible in our policies and how we can treat each of our clients individual and unique needs.

We have a small diverse client base that allows us to make every customer feel important. The large "national" rental service companies have rigid policies and procedures; a customer of one of these companies is just 1 of maybe 100,000 other customers.
